Matt laughed gently. "That's funny..." But he didn't mean it was amusing or hilarious. He meant that it was coincidental.
She smiled, understanding. Her lips parted as an invitation for a kiss, and she let her eyes slip closed.
Matt smiled gently before pressing his lips carefully to hers, and everything around them, the waves, the bugs, the whole place, seemed to disappear. It was just them two, there, confessing their love for one another.
Val trembled in his arms, and her knees wobbled from being weak. Her fingers twirled the little hairs at Matt's hairline.
Matt held her at her lower back, supporting her as the hairs on the back of his neck stood up.
The butterflies seemed to swarm up, leaving Val's mouth in a bubbly giggle.
She kissed his cheek and then nuzzled her face into his neck. "Thank you for the dance, Mattie..."
"It was my pleasure," he laughed, feeling the waves lap gently around their feet. He slipped off his dress shoes and socks, throwing them to the side.
Val's high heels were already off and sitting by the spot where she once sat. Hesitantly, she weaved their fingers together. "I know now that things will change...But for the better."
"Oh?" he asked, gazing down at her.
She nodded, her curls bouncing. "Yeah...I don't know why I was so scared before. I know that we'll always be together...As friends, or as more than that."
Matt smiled, nodding slowly, kissing her again before sitting down, pulling her carefully into his lap.
Val's breath escaped her throat in a tiny moan, and her lips complied to being enveloped in Matt's warm ones.
Matt sighed quietly, kissing her several more times before pulling away to stroke her hair. "You look beautiful tonight, Val..."
She blushed a darker red. "You look good too, Matt..." A thought popped up into her mind, and she smiled big. "...Wanna go to the roof?"
"That sounds amazing..." he said, picking her up bridal style, handing her shoes to her before putting on his own, careful not to get her dress dirty as he continued carrying her to his house.
Both of them snuck up to the roof without going into the house. Their clothes would need to dry so that they could brush off the sand, and Matt's parents wouldn't be too thrilled with the sand all over their son's tux that didn't even belong to him.
Val sat in Matt's lap with his legs around her, and her fingers were tracing up and down his long, strong hands.
He caught each of her hands before pressing them to his lower thighs, her hands instantly becoming warm as he pressed his lips to the back of her neck.
With a gasp, Val gripped his thighs and pressed her back into his chest a little more firmly. She closed her eyes, relishing in his soft lips at her skin. Matt's lips felt like satin, and her body seemed to make her moan a small song in thanks.
Matt's lips curved into a slight smile before he whispered, "Love you..."
Her chest trembled from the heart that was sledge hammering in her chest. "I love you." Val let her head drop back on his broad, comfortable shoulder. "So much...I always have. When we were kids, I actually envisioned our wedding."
Matt blushed, laughing. "What was our wedding like?"
Val laughed quietly, saying, "There was play-dough ice cream… And mud pies. You were in your cowboy suit and I was in my ballerina dress."
Matt stayed still before laughing, his whole frame shaking in a rhythmic jerk. "That's amazing. I'll be sure to keep that in mind, okay?"
She playfully smacked his knee. "I would murder you, mister."
"Oh, c'mon! That would be so awesome, embracing our inner children!" he laughed, hugging her tight.
Val shook her head and rolled her eyes. "You're too funny." She hugged his arms, snuggling deep down in them.
"And you're too amazing," he mused, playing with her hair.
She became quiet, her scalp squealing in delight at how gentle he touched her hair. "That feels good..."
Matt smiled, continuing to play with the curls, gently pulling them straight before letting them go so that they popped back into spirals.
Val played with his pant leg. She became still before turning around to slowly unbutton his tux jacket.
He watched her before asking, "You cold?"
She remained quiet, a look of determination on her face and in her eyes. When his jacket was completely unbuttoned, she un-tucked his shirt and then unbuttoned his white shirt so that a lot of his chest showed.
He blushed. "U-um..." he said looking down at her with slightly wide eyes.
Then, she turned back around and pressed her back into his extremely warm chest. Her hands pulled the open jacket so that it covered her arms. "...I'm cold."
He laughed. "I just asked that, dear." He didn't mind as he lay back so that she was laying on top of him, his arms around the jacket.
Val laughed, saying, "Well, if I had talked them my teeth would've chattered." She gazed up at the stars that winked in approval at them.
"You warm now?" he asked, tracing the stars in his mind.
"Yeah, but...I don't wanna move," she whispered, closing her eyes.
"We can lie here all night..." he said, kissing the top of her head.
She giggled and pulled the jacket more around her. "I know...And I think I will."
She smiled, understanding. Her lips parted as an invitation for a kiss, and she let her eyes slip closed.

The First Time - Bratt
The first time is always different.
The first kiss was heated and rough, hands clutching at the others clothes, holding on for dear life. Neither of them had planned for this, had never seen it coming. It hit them with the strength of the world.
The first time Brian told Matt he loved him, his whole body was shaking. He didn't want to admit it, feared Matt would laugh or mock him. But he had to get it out; he would die if he didn't. So he forced the words out, tripping on his own tongue.
Matt only smiled, dimples coming out in full force before he crushed Brian to him, lips at his ear. "I love you too, Brian Elwin Haner, Jr."

Third Person Point of View
Matt sat behind his desk, gazing over at the empty seat Zacky should have been in that morning. He certainly hoped that the teenager hadn't stayed home for fear of always having to do something sexual with him and Brian because that wasn't the case, sure it's nice, but Matt would never pressure someone into sex. As all of these thoughts flooded through Matt's mind Zacky briskly walked in, leaving a note on Matt's desk and scurrying over to his desk with bright red cheeks. The note only read for Zacky to have been with Brian for part of that morning along with the time and Brian's signature so that really had Matt t
